Custom plan builder app for a telco

Problem: Grameenphone, one of the largest telecom companies in the world, wanted to offer their 65M+ subscribers the flexibility to create custom prepaid plans based on their usage estimates.

Solution: We created an app that allows users to create a custom plan for data, talktime, and SMS, for themselves, other family members, or friends. Our algorithm calculates the overall bundle price and discounts and activates the plan in real time.

Result: This app is now used by over 10M users. The back end and app is able to cater to a large volume of concurrent users.
