Customer Service Chatbot on Facebook Messenger
Problem: Customer service was traditionally done by human agents. But the introduction of AI and Chatbots in recent times has forced companies to adopt this new trend for providing better customer service.
Solution: We have developed a Chatbot for one of our client’s Facebook page. It works as the first contact point whenever someone messages the page. Based on our algorithm the Chatbot provides quick solutions to many issues for the customers. There is option to handover the chat to a human agent whenever the customers feels necessary.
Result: The Chatbot we developed is the first in that particular industry. Per day the Chatbot is currently serving 8000+ queries from 2000+ customers.
