Self care app for a telco
Problem: One of the largest telecom companies in the world wanted to create a mobile app for their users and vendors for one of their brands.
Solution: We developed native iOS and Android apps for subscribers, and a separate app for SIM card and plan vendors. These apps offer customers end-to-end customer service, from plan creation, profile management, credit top up, to customer support.
Result: These apps are currently the main channel for users and customers for getting service. The daily active user base went to 32k+ within a few days of launch.
